King Saha Vows to Destroy Kasolo’s Political Career After Kyotera Concert Cancellation

In a storm of controversy, musician King Saha has leveled serious allegations against Minister of State for Finance Haruna Kasolo, accusing him of orchestrating the cancellation of his highly anticipated concert in Kyotera District. The event, which was scheduled for the weekend, was abruptly called off by local police, citing insufficient manpower to ensure the safety of attendees. However, King Saha has vehemently dismissed the police’s explanation, claiming the true motive behind the cancellation was political sabotage.

Speaking out in an emotional statement, Saha vehemently denied the police’s reasoning, calling it “baseless” and “ridiculous.” He argued that everything had been cleared with the District Police Commander (DPC) prior to the show, and there were no security concerns. According to the singer, his private discussions with security personnel revealed that Minister Kasolo had personally intervened, instructing authorities to halt the concert due to the political tensions surrounding his candidacy.

“I’m not blind to these games,” Saha said, with palpable anger. “Kasolo is playing dirty politics, and I won’t sit idly by while he pulls these stunts.” The singer expressed his firm belief that Kasolo, who is running for re-election as the Member of Parliament for Kyotera County, used his influence to disrupt the event because of the rising political influence of Saha, who supports the National Unity Platform (NUP), Kasolo’s political rival.

Saha didn’t hold back, making it clear that this wouldn’t be the end of the matter. He vowed to fight back politically, promising to spend considerable time in Kyotera to ensure Kasolo faced serious challenges in his re-election bid. “I’ll camp in Kyotera and ensure Kasolo has a tough road ahead. I will do everything I can to make sure he doesn’t make it back to Parliament,” he declared, his voice full of resolve.

The war of words between the two men has ignited a fierce debate on social media, with supporters of both sides weighing in on the matter. For many of King Saha’s fans, the cancellation of the concert is seen as an attempt to silence the singer and his growing influence in the political sphere. On the other hand, Kasolo’s supporters argue that the decision to cancel the show was purely a matter of security and public safety.

In the lead-up to the election, tensions in Kyotera County have been mounting, as Kasolo faces a strong challenge from his rival, incumbent John Paul Mpalanyi of the NUP. King Saha’s vocal support for Mpalanyi has put him directly at odds with Kasolo, further inflaming the political animosity between the two figures. The singer’s condemnation of Kasolo and his promise to undermine the minister’s political career has made it clear that this battle will extend beyond music and into the heart of Uganda’s political landscape.

Kasolo’s camp has yet to respond to the accusations, but the fallout from the concert cancellation is expected to continue for some time. While the minister has denied any involvement in the cancellation, the incident has only fueled suspicions that the disruption was part of a larger effort to prevent Saha from gaining further political traction in the region.

As the drama continues to unfold, all eyes are on Kyotera County, where the political battle lines are becoming increasingly drawn. King Saha’s promise to fight back against Minister Kasolo’s career could have significant implications not only for the upcoming election but also for the future of political influence in the region.
